Terms and Conditions

Upon payment of a deposit to secure a booking, a contractual agreement is then established between the recipient of the secured services (the Client) and the Studio Artist, for the services requested. The final amount is payable by the Client to the Studio Artist, for the agreed services.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £20 is required to book an appointment for any service. The deposit must be paid by card during the booking process. The final balance must be paid, either by card or in cash, prior to the receipt of any service. A receipt of deposit and final payments will be sent to the Client by email.

In the event that a Client needs to cancel an appointment, please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

In the event that the Studio Artist needs to cancel an appointment, as much notice will be given as is possible, and all monies paid will be refunded.

In either case, the Studio Artist will work with the Client to rearrange the appointment to the mutual agreement of both parties, subject to availability.
