We are committed to taking all possible steps to minimise the risk of our clients becoming infected with coronavirus, or any other common viral infections. Our risk assessment has highlighted the following actions, which we would respectfully request all clients to adhere to.

 

Clients are requested to:

• Not attend appointments in the event that they feel unwell with Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of sense of taste and/or smell);

• Attend the studio alone, unless safeguarding issues need to be met;

• Wash hands thoroughly prior to entering the studio;

• Wear a surgical face mask at all times other than where treatments dictate otherwise.

 

Karolina Aiken Beauty Studio is committed to:

• Rearranging appointments in the event of Covid symptoms occurring;

• Ensuring that all surface areas of the studio are fully cleaned down and disinfected with appropriate cleaning equipment prior to the arrival of a client;

• Ensuring that prior to any treatment, hands are washed and disinfected, and that a surgical mask and gloves are worn during procedures.
